The itinerary starts from Piazza Santa Croce, the largest square in town, dominated by Santa Croce church, the biggest Franciscan church in Florence. This church is one of the most beautiful churches in Florence, the wonderful interior decoration is enriched by the graves of famous figures of the Italian Renaissance, Michelangelo and Galileo Galilei to name only a few. After visiting the Santa Croce church, we will then procede to Bargello Museum, walking through the old streets and medieval quarters of Florence.
Bargello Museum, houses the largest collection in the world of Tuscan Renaissance sculptures, with masterpieces by Donatello, Della Robbia, Verrocchio and Michelangelo, along with a group of medieval French works, Italian majolica and weapons.
