From July 1 2020 in Venice the entrance fee for tourists will be introduced. From next year, tourists who want to visit the city center and the islands of the Lagoon will have to pay a variable fee depending on the days of tourist influx. From July 1 2020 and until 31 December the ordinary fee for the entrance will be 3 euros; the tariff will increase to 6 and 8 euros based on the tourist numbers. For ships, on the other hand, there is a single fee of 5 euros. The tariffs will vary starting from January 2021 when the complete regime will be applied: 6 euros the ordinary rate but it can change from 3, 8 or 10 euros according to the days with more or less turnout. For ships and cruises the flat fee will reach 7 euros. If you want to visit Venice, choose one of our private tours and contact us at email@example.com for more information about private services!
