The lasts steps are the wonderful beaches. The beach is located a short walk from the city center and stretches for over a kilometer and a half. From the beach it is possible to enjoy an incredible backdrop, consisting of the fortress, the cathedral and the old port of “Cefalù”.
A beach that should not be missed on your holiday in “Sicily” is the “Caldura Beach”, just a few minutes from the center of town, whose scenery is totally different from the Lido di Cefalù: the beach consists of gravel, and the seabed soon becomes deep. Particularly suitable for diving enthusiasts, who can launch themselves from one of the many rocks that surround the beach, on the shoreline it is possible to rent the necessary equipment and eat at one of the refreshment points.
Dedicated to windsurfing enthusiasts, “Salinelle beach” is a long stretch of sand, on which it is possible to find both equipped and free areas. It is not a particularly suitable beach for children, as the seabed becomes deep in a few steps.
