Palazzo Braschi, a fascinating building located in the heart of Piazza Navona in Rome and designed by the architect Cosimo Morelli, opens its doors to an astonishing collection of marbles by timeless sculptor Antonio Canova. From October 9th 2019 to March 15th 2020 it will be possible to admire over 170 masterpieces exhibited in torchlight, coming from some prestigious institutions such as the Hermitage in St. Petersburg, the Vatican Museums, the Capitolini Museums, the Gypsoteca and the Antonio Canova Museum in Possagno. The exhibition will also examine the relationship between the sculptor and literature.
