CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the wide range of services we provide, specific cancellation terms may vary depending on the type of service booked. Please contact your Rome & Italy Travel representative for the cancellation policy applicable to your booking.
- A 25% deposit is required upon confirmation of the quotation and is non-refundable.
- All services become 100% non-refundable within 45 days of the service date.
- A €250 Travel Planning Fee applies from the third modification to the itinerary or quotation onward. If the package is confirmed, this fee will be credited toward the final balance. If the package is not confirmed, the fee is non-refundable.
- By booking or purchasing any service from Rome & Italy Travel, regardless of the booking method, you acknowledge and accept the applicable cancellation policy and booking terms.
