It will be a full day dedicated to learn more about a product loved and known all over the world: the Olive Oil. Olive oil is a typical product of the Mediterranean area, very ancient and valuable.
In the Italian tradition Olive Oil is a seasoning to be used especially raw or for cooking.
A class of 2 hours that includes:
a lesson to approach to extra virgin olive oil
a sensorial workshop
a study on culinary combinations and introduction to tasting.
Educational luch with typical product and different type of olive oil.
Visit of the mill, to observe how olive oil is produced in all its phases: collection, pressing, processing and bottling.
