Day 1 - Arrival in Umbria and check in at the Country Resort located between Perugia and Assisi. Welcome Drink. Dinner at the Restaurant of the Resort and  overnight.
Day 2 - Buffet breakfast . In the morning guests will have their first cooking class with the Chef who will teach how to prepare delicious Umbrian appetizers together with a tasteful pasta dish. Lunch. In the afternoon we suggest  a cultural  and historical excursion to Perugia, the most important Umbrian town. Visit the beautiful and ancient “historical centre” of the town with  medieval and renaissance buildings, and free time for shopping along the Corso Vannucci main Avenue. Dinner and overnight at the Country Resort.
Day 3 - Buffet breakfast. In the morning guests will attend their second cooking course, learning the elaboration of a genuine Italian meat dish followed by a sweet Umbrian cake. Lunch. In the afternoon we suggest the visit of Assisi , the town of St. Francis, rich in spectacular and suggestive Churches and monuments. In the evening Dinner and overnight at the Country Resort.
Day 4 - DEPARTURE - Buffet breakfast . Weather permitting (not included) we suggest an excursion to Montefalco, a little Umbrian hilltop village, and a visit to an ancient Oil mill followed by a wine tasting in an important Italian wine estate. At the end of the visit departure for your next destination.

The above rate includes accomodation in one of the most beautiful Umbria Country Resort, located in the centre of Umbria, at about 7 km from Assisi and 8 from Perugia (rooms with all comforts, SPA with indoor swimming pool and all sorts of wellness treatments. Panoramic Restaurant with Italian and Umbrian special menus), 3  Umbrian dinners (drinks excluded), 2 hands on cooking classes, 2 lunches (drinks excluded), 2 transfers roundtrip by private car to Assisi and Perugia
NOT INCLUDED: car renting, drinks with meals and anything not mentioned in the “above rate includes".
INFORMATION: transfer from/to the Italian Airports, half-day excursion of day 4, and Room Supplements (Superior/Junior Suite/Suite) are possible and ON REQUEST. It is possible to extend or combine this tour with other self-drive tours.
