Day 1- ASSISI - Arrival in Assisi and check in at the Country Inn. Free time to visit the suggestive historical centre of Assisi . Welcome dinner. Overnight.
Day 2 - SPELLO - In the morning excursion to Spello for the visit of this typical village very well preserved with roman monuments and beautiful frescos. In the afternoon the guests will have their first cooking class where Mrs Maria will teach how to prepare Umbrian dishes using typical Umbrian products. Dinner and overnight.
Day 3 - MONTEFALCO/BEVAGNA - Buffet breakfast. In the morning we suggest the visit of Montefalco, also called the “Balcony of Umbria” for its panoramic position over the Umbrian Valley. Visit the Museum of St. Francis with the restored beautiful frescos of Benozzo Gozzoli. A wine tasting in a local  wine bar will follow in Bevagna. In the afternoon guests will attend their second cooking class. Dinner and overnight.
Day 4 - DEPARTURE - Buffet breakfast and departure.

The above rate includes accomodation in a comfortable Country Inn located at about 5 km from the centre of Assisi (all rooms with private bathroom. The country Inn offers also a big park, a horse stable , a swimming-pool and a characteristic Umbrian Restaurant), 3 typical Umbrian dinners (drinks excluded), 2 cooking classes, 1 wine tasting .
NOT INCLUDED: car renting, drinks during the dinners, meals not mentioned, and anything not mentioned in the “above rate includes".
