A TASTE OF ITALIAN COOKING
4 days / 3 nights

An introduction to Italian cuisine with pleasant days of cooking classes,
 sightseeing and relaxation.

Day 1 - Arrival at the Villa. Welcome drink and dinner. Presentation of the programme.
Day 2 - After breakfast cooking lesson “The Secrets of Pasta: types and sauces”, hands-on cooking lesson featuring handmade pasta. Lunch at the Hotel. Suggestion for the afternoon: a drive to Montefalco, one of the gems of mediaeval Italian towns with magnificent monuments and a special “genius loci“. Dinner at the Hotel.
Day 3 - After breakfast cooking lesson “Meat & vegetables: the miracles of fresh herbs”, hands-on cooking lesson featuring several  main courses. Lunch at the hotel. Suggestion for the afternoon: a drive to Torgiano and a visit to the Wine Museum of the Lungarotti Foundation, one of the best in the world; after coffee or tea visit to the excellent new “Olive and Oil Museum”. Dinner at the Hotel and farewell toast.
Day 4 - After breakfast departure.
